DISTRICT BYLAWS: ARTICLE TWO - MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS, VOTING CONSTITUENCY

ELIGIBLE VOTERS:

1.     Ordained Ministers in good standing

2.     Licensed Ministers in good standing

3.     Certified Ministers in good standing

4.     Delegates:

• General Council churches may designated two delegates

• District affiliated churches may designate one delegate

5.     Non-Council Senior Pastors of General Council churches 

6.     Non-Council Senior Pastors of District affiliated churches 

NON-VOTING ATTENDEE:
